PDFNova provides free, client-side PDF processing tools including (but not limited to):

• PDF Merging
• PDF Compression
• PDF Splitting
• PDF to Image Conversion
• Image to PDF Conversion
• PDF Rotation
• PDF Signing
• PDF Watermarking
• PDF Password Protection
• PDF Password Unlocking

All processing is performed entirely in your web browser. We do not store, upload, or have access to your files.

3. Use License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PDFNova for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You may NOT:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our code for malicious purposes
• Use the service to process illegal content
• Attempt to overload or attack our infrastructure
• Claim ownership of PDFNova or its source code

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDFNova is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFNova and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Corruption or loss of files processed through our tools

⚠️ Important: Always keep backups of important documents before processing them.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to process the documents you upload
• Complying with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Maintaining backups of important files
• Verifying that processed documents meet your requirements

Your use of PDFNova is subject to our Privacy Policy. In summary: we don't collect, store, or have access to your files or personal data.

PDFNova's source code is available under the MIT License. You may review, fork, and contribute to the project on GitHub. The open-source license grants you additional rights to use and modify the code.
